The Brew Review

About the Reviewers

Meet Guinness Girl and Oy Vey, your trusty brew reviewers.

Guinness Girl

Guinness Girl lives in Philadelphia, PA with her husband(!), Wilman, and their two cats Alex (aka Mr. Handsome) and Biscuit. Although brew reviewing is one of her favorite pastimes, she also enjoys drinking wine and the occasional Bombay Sapphire & tonic, knitting, chatting with friends, reading, cooking, making the world's best compilation CDs, playing board games, and Sudoku. Since none of these activities pay the bills, she also works during the day as a lawyer in a career crisis. If you're hiring writers, movie-soundtrack-makers, editors, radio personalities, wine-drinkers, or nail polish color namers, please email her at ggblogmail@yahoo.com.

Oy Vey

Oy Vey, a purveyor extraordinaire of fine desserts (a.k.a. pastry chef (no, it's not as glamorous as you think)), also lives in Philadelphia, PA. Aside from drinking and reviewing beer, she particularly enjoys drinking and discussing Scotch and can't wait to take/write off that four month tax-deductible tour of Scotch distilleries as a business expense to explore her culinary curiosity further. She lives with her kitties, loves reality t.v., loves bloggin' and reading her bloggin' buddies blogs, loves all things UK-ish, loves to dance in her kitchen and will happily bake you brownies if you sing to her. You can write to her to discuss Islays, Kevin Costner's contributions to the world, or anything else of great importance at indiepopchef@hotmail.com.
